How you start your day is everything and I've developed this curriculum to get you into the flow of a simple and sacred morning practice you can return to again and again. This 7-Day journey is just the beginning of a new intention for self love and daily devotion that will carry you through even the most challenging moments of life.

 

By learning to hold yourself through self care and discovering how to feel safe in your body, confidence will come naturally. Your inner glow will be free to shine in all it's glory!

 

It is recommended that you start your daily lessons first thing in the morning, when your mind is most open to new ideas and mental reconditioning. The earlier you dial in your sparkle, the easier it will be to keep it going. 

 

Every day you’ll join me for a daily video and lesson. You will receive your daily Mermaid Empowerment mantra that you’ll say throughout the day, especially when you notice yourself getting stuck in fear. Then you'll say your Prayer-Firmation, which is one part affirmation, one part prayer, spoken in gratitude as if it’s already done. Finally, you will choose a time throughout the day for your Moment of Flow activity, a super simple practice to seal in your daily lesson and amplify your glow.
